Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All frames must be returned in their original packaging material along with their case and cloth (plus authenticity papers and warranty cards if it came with it).
Refund: Frames returned will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. A full credit value paid for the item applies.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery date for any package discrepancies or defects. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to exchange or refund the item.
